Your 2025 CONSENT form will be ONE FORM FOR THE ENTIRE TEAM. Week 1 will be a bit hectic in that each captain will need to have the entire team sign the roster next to their name. This signature will indicate acceptance and understanding of the league's Consent policy. I will have PLENTY of pens week 1. NO ONE STEPS ON THE COURT until they have signed the roster on the CONSENT line.
